How to establish a company in Bahrain

First Stage:

  • All documents will be submitted to the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, and then the Ministry will send a security approval request to the Passports, Immigration and Nationality Department.
  • The Passports, Immigration and Nationality Department checks the partners' papers for security, and in case of approval, the application is returned to the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Nationality with the security approval.
  • The Ministry of Industry and Trade examines the documents and the chosen name of the company and activities. If the documents are complete and no other documents are requested, the initial license is issued.

Second Stage

Upon obtaining the initial license from the Ministry of Industry and Trade, we will work on finalizing the approval procedures for (Municipal, Electricity and water. )

Third Stage

  • In the event of obtaining the approval mentioned in the second step, the Ministry of Industry and Trade will review the company's incorporation contract and issue a letter to the notary public. Accordingly, we will visit the Authentication Department to sign the incorporation contract before the notary public.
  • After signing the memorandum of association, going to one of the banks and depositing the capital, and the bank's approval of the capital deposited in the company's account, the bank issues a certificate of deposit and then we submit it with the memorandum of association to the Ministry of Industry and Trade, which in turn issues the registry license.

Fourth & Final Stage

IRegister the company with the Labor Market Regulatory Authority and issue a visa to each partner........................................................
